Fermentated Drinks |
Ingredients :
1 kg fruits (raisins, grapes, apples, oranges, lemons, etc) , chopped/diced
1 kg sugar
5-6 liters of water
Mix all the ingredients together in the Anti-oxidant Pail. Keep in a bright and warm place. Stir in the morning and evening.
The mix will ferment into a nice wine-like, fermented drink within 2 weeks. In a hotter climate, fermentation is faster. Taste the drink constantly and when it tastes ready, transfer it to another container or glass bottle. Keeps for about 1 week.
If kept too long in the pail, the drink becomes over fermented and will turn into vinegar.
*Do not close the lid tightly.
