Anti-oxidant solution is mixed in to ready-mixed concrete
used in construction of foundations.
Ecoparadise Coat is applied onto foundations.
Ecoparadise Coat is applied onto concrete walls.
Ecoparadise Coat is applied onto floors.
Anti-oxidant solution mixed with antioxidant ceramic water
is used in the mixture of plastering/puttying.
Ecoparadise Wax is applied onto timber/parquet flooring.
Fundamental
concrete work
For ready-mixed concrete, anti-oxidant
solution is mixed at the ratio of 500cc per m3, 2 minutes
after mixing has begun. After foundations are dry, Ecoparadise
coat is applied with a roller. It takes approximately 2
hours to dry. In areas surrounded by water, two layers/coats
are recommended. Ecoparadise
Coat is applied to the foundations of the floor, wall and
ceiling.
Interior
cross construction
Mix even parts of putty, cross paste
and ceramic anti-oxidant water (made with the use of a bio-ball)
to acheive best results. (Limited to paper or cloth cross)
Paint
construction
For water based paint, the quantity
of anti-oxidant solution used is approximately 5 - 10% of
the paint. For oil based paint, 100cc of anti-oxidant solvent
is mixed with 18 liters of oil based paint.
Tatami
mat and carpet construction
' Ecoparadise coat ' is applied
to the base of the plastering and the base of the tatami
mat and beneath the carpet. If non-woven fabrics are used
as a base for the tatami mat, we recommend placing the 'Eco
Paradise Seat' underneath.
Plastering
Firstly, 'Ecoparadise Coat' is applied
to the foundation and masonry work. (refer to Fundamental
Concrete Work). The plaster is mixed with Anti-oxidant Solution.
Cleaning
and Wax finish
Pirkare (the powder soap) diluted
1000 times is used for cleaning and maintenance. Ecoparadise
Wax applied to the floor in 3 to 4 layers.
